I personally take my normal size 9.5 in the flats and points but I like a snug fit. If you prefer a little bit of wiggle room I would say go up 1/2 size. But they are so comfortable and I love the fact that I don’t have to worry about them getting dirty, just toss them in the wash. They still look new years later. You won’t regret this purchase.
