SO much. I felt like there was springtime lull, and then all of the shows came back full throttle.
Thoroughly enjoyed Bridgerton Season 3, which while not my favorite of the seasons was still a fun time – and Nicola is gorgeous!
The Bear was a truly cinematic food experience, I liked getting more of the character backstories and development. Even though it felt like a setup for Season 4, I’m not too mad about that.
Lastly, I’m now catching up on The Boys and House of the Dragon, very different flavors from the other two shows above ha.

‘Tis the season for the battle of the mega summer sales: Amazon’s Prime Day and Nordstrom’s Anniversary Sale. I definitely feel more and more ‘meh’ about these sales as the years go on – fellow blogger Melissa re-posted her thoughts on the sale, which still holds true. And during the last few years, it looks like Nordstrom has pulled back on influencer spending as well – though there are still of course plenty of Anniversary Sale haul content.
I mainly use this as an opportunity to stock up on tried & true favorites if they’re on sale, or items that have been on my wishlist for the last few months. This year, I picked up a cute Le Pliage Cosmetic Case, primarily to use as an organizer for my work bags. There is also a monochrome version with a detachable strap that can be worn as a bag. If you’re looking for a matte sunscreen, the Supergoop Unscreen Sunscreen combo is a great deal.
Recently, I’ve been trying to maintain an average of 9K daily steps – which means lots of morning and dusk walks. For extra sun protection, I’ve been donning this festive Parks Project x Peanuts collab hat. I’m also officially a Teva convert — I wear the original sandals for my ~2-3 mile walks. While I looked the look of the slim version, I didn’t find them nearly as comfortable for brisk walking.

Lastly, I’ve been trying to dedicate more time to activities I enjoy, but have dropped off in the last year or two. Mainly: hiking, general fitness, and sewing. On the latter, I’ve been organizing my space and prepping a few projects that I’m excited to tackle next week!
